current status:
Apart from medicine and tourism, I enjoy designing websites, programming and graphic design, and I've applied my talents to websites for several outfits. Recently, as a native English speaker now living in Croatia, I've been able to share my linguistic talents, helping with language schools and translating.

Additional Information
Teaching and Translating, knowing more than one language often means sharing your knowledge. Growing up in Canada, I mastered English, and now living in Croatia, and through my minor, I've mastered Croatian. I've developed my teaching and translating skills through courses, and I've used these talents in various settings -- Linguae, The Rijeka Youth Theatre, University of Waterloo. I've also used my medical knowledge to translate a number of medical texts.
Website and Graphic Design, I've spent a lot of time in front of a computer, whether it was surfing the Internet, or learning programmes, and as a result, programming and design became a strong interest and enjoyable pastime. Highschool courses gave me a great base in programming and design -- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Photoshop -- which I've developed on my own, creating several websites, just view the Website Portfolio
Teaching, translating, and design are my biggest hobbies and pastimes, but besides that, I've spent my share of time volunteering -- CroMSIC as a mentor, Grand River Hospital, CKMS-FM as a programmer, Telfer Place, as well as University of Waterloo organisations -- SciSoc, SSHT, Pre-Med Club.
